As technologists working in the multifamily and student housing industry for the past 20 years, we have navigated the confusing waters created by upstart entrepreneurs with the next great idea to the largest multinational telecom and cable companies. These are the same who have also claimed to have the next big PropTech idea. The concerning part for real estate owners and operators is not having the bandwidth to focus on the rapidly changing world of technology. Owners spend a significant amount of money each year for their services that support their need to keep current with the tech enhancements as well as resident demands. Our team developed a unique approach to measuring and managing the connected environment for multifamily and purpose-built student housing.
ROVR Score is the leading real time measure of resident, guest or building system WiFi/Network connectivity experience. We use a proprietary algorithm to generate a measurable score to fully automate the process of managing technology obsolesce, underperforming services or changing trends in resident technologies. If a property produces a score that indicates improvements are needed, our algorithm will quantifiably point you in the right direction for enhancing or resolving that problem.
